On/Off Option

When checked, creates an enlarged or reduced copy, leaving the original object intact.

Select target

Select the target object to zoom in or out.

Origin point

Select a base point for zoom in or out.

  • Geometric center : Specify the geometric center point of the selected objects as the reference point (origin of the reference coordinate system).

  • Bounding box center : Specify the center point of the bounding box of the selected objects as the reference point (origin of the reference coordinate system).

  • User defined : Designate the coordinate designated by the user as the reference point (origin of the reference coordinate system).

Coordinate system

Sets the base coordinate system for zooming in or out.

  • GCS : Designate the global coordinate system as the reference coordinate system.

  • LCS-Bounding Box : In the bounding box of the selected objects, designate the coordinate system with the longest axis as the x axis, the shortest axis as the z axis, and the normal direction of the xz plane as the reference coordinate system.

  • UCS : Designate user-defined coordinate system as a reference coordinate system.

Generate

Enter a magnification value

  • Uniform Scale : When it is checked on, it is enlarged or reduced equally in each axis direction of the reference coordinate system.

  • Factor-X, Y, Z : Enter magnification values for each axis of the reference coordinate system.

Preview level

Select the level of preview you expect after completing the scale.

  • Bounding Box-All : The box that surrounds the entire target object is shown as Preview.

  • Bounding Box-Each : Each box that wraps the target object appears in Preview.
